Not yet! But we get them, all the time, the poor things. I feel so sorry for them. Some of these people pack them in so tight that they can barely move. My bosses have to keep the phones away from me on those occasions, because I keep threatening to call the ASPCA over it.

You can tell when you work in a station with farmers (or farm-raised people). Somebody will have put a (cottony) mail bag over the crates. Otherwise, I introduce my co-workers to the reality that most birds are so dumb that they think it's night if it's dark, and they soon settle down. Mostly.
