It is tragic yet ever-repeating story in Armenia’s capital city. Suspects like Armen Tovmasian, who desert deadly accidents should be automatically branded as guilty parties. It is astonishing to read how Mr. Tovmasian was not even formally booked by the local Yerevani Police on DUI yet alone murder charges. If I had any punishment influence on this particular crime case, I would surely instruct Mr. Tovmasian to clear Azeri mines on the Armenian/Azeri border by having him (Accompanied by the vehicles true registered owner) recklessly drive the Hummer SUV in the same fashion as he did in Downtown Yerevan that deadly day.
