It's wonderfully ironic, isn't it.
It's a statue of William Wallace that was erected at The Wallace Monument in Stirling, Scotland in 1997, but locals thought bore too much of a resemblance to Mel Gibson.
It was subsequently attacked with a hammer, repaired and is now "free" in the cage.
