*laughs* Looks like it's based on one particular movement from yoga - I knew it as The Lion.

The idea was that you breathe in and then exhale and stick your tongue out and look up, it would stretch your throat. (And because I was at a kid's yoga group, we had to roar like a lion at the same time

Obviously she's taken it a bit too far!

I think roaring like a lion would give it extra gravitas!

However, I am celebrating, I have never looked better..I have reshaped myself and lost weight doing this 7 minutes a day...will continue.
