That's not a typical American driver on American roads, it's video taken during the filming of the "Dukes of Hazard" movie.

I thought the car was probably from the "Dukes of Hazard" but the other cars are driving on the left hand side of the road, so it confused me somewhat.
They are not driving on the left side of the road, its a roundabout.....
If they drive on the left then they are going round the roundabout the wrong way.
