As I recall, I found this photo a few weeks ago on a Dutch website, with the photo captioned as seen.
I'm not altogether sure why you're quoting Flickr terms and conditions at me, but if there's a problem with me posting it, let me know what it is and I'll happily remove it, if that's what you want.

It wouldn't take you 2 minutes to edit your post to credit the photographer Ben Patio or provide a link to the Dutch web site where this image came from so that any complaint about usage infringement can be conducted in the right place.
It may seem like a storm in a thermos flask to you, but whilst most flickr photographers are normally quite happy to have their images blogged, they do like to get a credit.
I'll quite happily credit Ben with the photo, JADED.
As of two minutes ago I'd never heard of him, and I'm still not altogether sure what this 'storm in a thermos flask' is.
As I said to Anonymous earlier, if there's a problem with me posting it at all, I'll remove it.
