Gravatar Do not approve. Even if you were filmed by the show "Cops" in the middle of a crime, you still have the right to privacy, and you have to waive that right or else they block out your face in the program. This "suspect" hasn't had the opportunity to waive his right to privacy, so the billboard must come down. Otherwise I could put tons of billboards up with photos of "suspects" without having any proof. The damage it could do to his reputation is too much to risk. This would probably fall under the calumny, libel, and vilification categories.
