I find it so funny that city-dwellers need to be compensated for being reminded of where their food comes from.
Sheesh, put these folks in a place where they have to produce their own food and they'll stave to death because it's all too "icky".
Kate's right. Were they unaware that chickens have heads? The eye is a little creepy, though.
Ummmm......they are eating the rest of it's dead body so why should seeing the head matter.
Agreed; it's ridiculous to be horrified at finding a head in a bag of wings, legs, and other bits of the same bird.
I suspect that they're suffering from the particular kind of "horror" that's remedied by large sums of money.
I like the store's solution. "Here, take this beer and wine." Are they perhaps hoping he'll drink it all and forget about the chicken head?
I'm glad I'm a vegetarian. You never find chicken heads in a bag of frozen veggies. (And if you did, THAT would be a suitable reason for a lawsuit, I would think.)
I think I'd be horrified that the producers of the chicken wings weren't as careful as they should have been. Sure, chickens have heads, but isn't it someone's job to check for that sort of thing so that it doesn't actually leave the plant with the rest of it?
Remember that woman that found a dead gecko (or was it a frog?) in her salad, L? 
I think it was a frog. But I think it was a whole frog, which is a bit less horrifying than just a head.
Tsk.
You run the risk of eating all sorts of wildlife with your salad.
