Walking around naked isn't really my definition of "not right". But I'm not so sure about the lewd acts with a claw hammer, plastic bag, and motor oil!
I don't get the bit about the motor oil.
I mean, the plastic bag -- obviously, we've all been there. And as for the claw hammer, well who doesn't? But why the oil?
