I had no idea shark fin soup was so popular. I think it's just a novelty here in Canada.
I thought it was an Asian delicacy. I've never had the soup, in any case. I ate shark meat when I was a kid, but that was years ago. I remember liking it more than fish, but other than that, the memory's hazy.
Proud to be a conservative Christian after seeing that shit!
I'm in Canada but I'm also Chinese so I see it a lot on menus, however, the shark fin soup here usually doesn't actually contain shark meat.
