There was a show on this "monkey child" phenomenon on one of the news shows recently. Apparently, the monkeys can be very unpredictable, and quite a few have viciously attacked their owners for seemingly no reason. Businesses should have the right to ban animals like that to protect their customers.
Maybe she should become a Big Sister instead. That might have the same effect (and it would be less dangerous for the general public).

I saw that show, L. They also train service dogs, which are much less dangerous, for social anxiety. But it IS difficult to buy matching outfits with a golden retriever.
