It's a shame he has stereotyped so many of the local UK accents, with a better script it would be very good.

Why should people who speak English as a second language be offended by this video. We don't care how we speak it,you think that to the rest of the world to learn English is as important as to breath. Ha, English is as rudimentary language.

Accurate but funny. 
He was WAAAAAAYYYYYY off on the African-American accent. That kind of stereotyping could get someone killed in the USA.
There's a lot of stereotyping gone on here, not helped by the fact that his material is about twenty years out of date.
