Condoms, lubricants, and sex objects already come with advice on safe sex practices more detailed and helpful than a simple "scare phrase" like "Fellatio Kills". How is suggesting adding this to the practitioners either helpful or funny? Even the cigarette companies label only the cigarette packages, not the users.
More significantly for a religious man, doesn't a tattoo itself (no matter what it depicts) contravene a conservative reading of Leviticus 19:28? There may be alternative interpretations and subtle contexts to the verse, but this reverend isn't asking for contextually interpreted readings of Leviticus 20:13 (no gay sex) so why is he selectively interpreting the tattoo prohibition?
While I have no opinion about the use of one's skin as an artistic canvas, I think a voluntary tattoo is a good idea (contrary to Leviticus) for a person's blood type or what normally might be worn on a medical alert type bracelet (Diabetic, Epileptic, etc). It may help a paramedic or nurse when the person may not be conscious. But it's never appropriate to apply a tattoo as an involuntary label, brand, or punishment.

Over the edge for a tattoo, but "SODOMY CAN SERIOUSLY DAMAGE YOUR HEALTH" and especially "FELLATIO KILLS" could look good on a t-shirt. ^^
