Traffic cones don't kill people, people kill people.

I wouldn't classify all those things as weapons. The knives and rifles, yeah. The baguette and apple? Not so much.

And how do you seize a pen and a pencil at a school and call them weapons? Wouldn't you then have to seize all the school supplies in the building?
