Hi Julia,
There aren't many places in Hawaii that serve chai tow kway, but I did find it at a Vietnamese restaurant! The owner is actually a Hokkien Chinese that was born and raised in Vietnam. Apparently there are many of them around. In any case, this is really yummy and I could probably eat it as often as you do. Most of the time when I go to buy this, it's already sold out though. =(
