that looks good...never think of frying them, I normally braised the ee-fu noodles..:>

Mik, thanks for dropping by! I used to braise the yee-fu noodles too, until I thought of experimenting with frying them. Guess I was lucky these noodles taste good stir-fried.

Ahh.. yee fu noodles.. haven't had them for such a long time now..
Plus cannot find this kinda noodles anywhere local.. gotta remember... next time i am up in halifax..
