Thanks Arthur
It is of course an honour to be thus awarded. I am sure there are more worthy candidates than myself. However, thanks for thinking of me.
If you would like, I am happy to discuss the various issues with you in a more serious vein.
You never know: we both might learn a thing or two. Thanks again for the acknowledgement.
Regards,
Bill Muehlenberg
PS. Thanks for using a photo of me when I had more hair.
PS2. I like the Blues Brothers as well.

Glad you think so, Bill. I am curious as to whether your views re: Intelligent Design have shifted since you made that post.
P.S. I do like the Blues Brothers, but I'm missing the reference?

Thanks Arthur
My thoughts on ID have not shifted much. As to the Blues Brothers, you mention that as a favourite film in your profile.

From across the pond where the google blogspot dwells, a word of commendation for Bill. I find his posts less verbose and more on point. I meet lots of people who like to rail on reproductive choice (meaning chosing to reproduce then destroying the unique new human life) kind of like the words of one of our former Presidential candidates who 'voted for it before he voted against it'.
Anyway Arthur, I wish I could 'do lunch' with you and Bill and see what light might be generated by each but it is a bit of a roadtrip. I was curious about one statement you made about Bill's convictions. It is something like this; "contraception (they're all "abortifacients" and should be banned)". Where did you find that in Bill's vast bloggings, book reviews, letters to the editor and such? I'm guessing you are importing this from some bad experience you've had with the Catholic church somewhere. I'd be surprised if Bill said this.

Joe: I'm not sure that would work--Bill and I don't really speak a common language. I live in the reality-based community; he lives in a world of Radical Secular Humanist Homosexual Agendas.
