Dammit. It seems like once an achiles gets all fired up it takes a forever time to calm back down. One of my trainer buddies is still nursing his from last summer. I hope yours behaves better than that.

This Achilles stuff seems to be contagious, and I'm not a fan; my left is currently swimming in a wee bit of excess fluid, and not particularly happy about it. Hopefully your miles are starting to go a little better...
