I have spent time talking with Kevin and his wife a few weekends past. They have a passion...A Passion!... for finding local food and providing these products to their customer base. You can find these items easily throughout the store...watch for the "made in michigan" stickers. Thumbs up to those with this spirit. Good for the local economy, good for the environment, and by golly gee... good food!
The New Chelsea Market is excellent. I walk downtown at least once a week to pick up coffee, produce, eggs, meat or whatever looks new and interesting. They are always helpful and friendly. We count ourselves very lucky to have them right downtown.
