Gravatar I pan-roasted a bunch of radishes last week, and they were magnificent! I forget which of my cookbooks I used, but I should track it down and post it. I get tired of eating them raw. I also tried a third recipe for spinach from Madhur Jaffrey's World Vegetarian, so now I have a rotation of 3 spinach-absorbing dishes!

Gravatar lovely photos, menus, and write-up. I must make your pudding cake - sounds delicious. We've bought some of Archie's cornmeal, and you are dead on - you want those flavors to shine.

Gravatar Soon as it cools off I'll fire up the oven andmake that epicurean delicacy.Hurray for my rhubarb and strb. beds.

Gravatar Just want to say I love your blog, I've followed for over a year. Thanks for the links this week, I always like seeing what others around A2 are up to with their shares. I'll have to try out this recipe, looks great!

Gravatar Whoa, I just baked some of the rhubarb pudding cake and we ate it warm. This may be the recipe that gets me to (finally) plant some rhubarb in our garden. Thanks, Kim!

Gravatar Hi Tricia - you're so right that roasted radishes are delicious! Excellent work on the spinach-using as well.

Hey Monet - Thank you! I wish more people knew what real, heritage grains taste like. I myself am woefully undereducated about them. I hope Archie keeps growing them. I keep thinking "you have to eat them to save them." I'm willing to make that sacrifice.

Hi Rosie - how's your baking coming?

Hi Anne - thank you for the encouraging words. I'm hoping more bloggers will post what's in their farm share boxes. I would love to know more about all the great stuff out there.

Hi Heidi - what are you waiting for? You could be Rhubarb Queen by next year.

Gravatar Hi! I've enjoyed reading your blog. There so much to learn from your post. Keep it up. God bless!
