Our time will come.. lot sooner than we think.
I have been blogging and commenting on the net for some time and I really see atheist are coming out of the closet.
There are alot more of us than people think.
So guys & girls, get out NOW!!
Perhaps if the Liberal Media weren't constantly publishing story after story in which Atheists sexually molest children or blow up buildings full of civilians, the Democrats might be willing to recognize us?
Oh wait...
it's a vicious cycle isn't it? people don't seem to learn. once, it was the classical age, then comes the persecution of witches.. and then comes the enlightenment, and now, some stupid assholes spoiled the show.
we could build a more progressive society but... alas...
Maybe atheists would be better of in the political system if they would not identify themselves so easily as liberals. "I would have never expected Democrats to do this" is such a dumb and naive statement. Politics is about trying to get a majority, Obamas plans for his "faith based initiative" sounds worse than Bush, just to pander to 5% of the Evangelicals.
It's time to register Atheists as independents, church and state separation should be broad consensus anyway.
