P.S. CAIR's membership has decreased by 90% since 9/11. Of 7 million U.S. Muslims they claim only 1700 paying members.
They're irrelevant. They speak for about as many Muslims as the National Organization for Women speaks for women.

CAIR's use of the courts to suppress 1st Amendment rights has teeth only in that a lawsuit can cause financial difficulties for the victi -- oops, I mean defendants via legal costs. I don't see how they could win such a suit, except perhaps in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Other than that, it is not nearly as effective as the normal Islamic response to free speech, a process known as decapitation.
It's great knowing that a group of young conservatives has stepped up to the plate and refused to be intimidated by terrorism's PR firm.

I wouldn't dismiss CAIR. For its dwindling membership, it has huge operating expenses which we all know must be paid for by the Saudis.
