This is what we need to see. There's no reason for the Democrats or even the non-Movement Republicans, to start making more noise. It'd be nice if they would make this kind of stand on the 9/11 investigation too.

Senator Carl Levin -- ONE man can make a diffence.
Carl Levin is our Robin Cook. Levin is a Harvard lawyer from the old school of law. Bush and Cheney lied and its time to pay the price. As Chief Justice Earl Warren once said "even a king is not above the law (when he spoke about Nixon)". Bush and Cheney and many of their administration committed acts of a felony like John Dean said.
God be with Senator Carl Levin - he is the only Senator working to save our democracy folks - so he needs all the surpport that we can give him in his endeavors to right the wrongs that the Bush is doing to our government.
MOVEON.Com should help this Senator and if Howard Dean, a phyiscan could only balance his appeal if he were to ask Levin to be VP--as a lawyer it would sure help Dean with some of his inconsistency because Carl would make excellent and unbeatable counsel for ideas.

Has anyone else heard about Andrew Gilligan, the BBC correspondent at the center of the "sexed up" dossier controversy, getting ready to sue a sitting UK government Minister?

Carl Levin is one of the greatest Democrats in office today -- a man of unquestionable integrity and quiet diligence. This is great news.
JOhn Warner, on the other hand, has just squandered the small amount of integrity he had for busting on Oliver North. Just another unprincipled Republican in an era when unprincipled Republicans are a dime a dozen.

Blair about to go bye-bye
Thank you Robin Cook
Poll deals Blair triple whammy as 46% call for him to go
NICHOLAS CHRISTIAN
THE time has come for Tony Blair to stand down, according to a poll which dealt him a triple blow last night. Most voters say the Prime Minister is no longer trustworthy, the Mori survey showed.
A majority say his record on health, crime, transport and asylum seekers is poor. Half say he is doing a good job as Premier, but more, 53%, say he has run out of ideas and just 45% say he should stay on, while 46% want him to quit.
Labour is running neck and neck with the Tories on 35%, while the Liberal Democrats are on 19%, according to the poll of 1,007 adults, carried out for the News of the World.
On the key question of trust, Blair was backed by 36% but doubted by 58% - a big slip on a similar survey in October 2000.
With Blair exiting the UK may well pull out of Iraq especially with the 5 british military members that were recently killed in Iraq. The UK doesn't like quagmires at all and they already have had made noise about pulling out of Iraq if the hostilities don't end in 6 months.
That leave the US with our lying president, Spain and Australia. Spain needs Europe and the euro more than they need ever unpopular American President Bush. I expect Spain will examine it role in Iraq after UK pulls out.
