i'm a photographer/artist, one of my series is of dead animals. roadkill, if you drive a car your guilty. i'm guilty. i also have a redtail in the series. but jesus, i don't see why they had to evict a perfectly healthy hawk. i could go to jail for what i did (it's illegal to take wildlife dead or alive out of it's environs) perhaps some motivated lawyers might be able to make a case of it. me, i like the dog shit idea.

I think Spitzer could handle Giuliani if he runs, but everything helps. With luck, enough of this crap coming up would prevent Giuliani from entering at all. In an administration that wasn't totally chickenshit and cultish, the man who Giuliani is supposed to be could have been America's point man on domestic security like no one else.
