I suspect the Russian relationship with Iran is becoming a serious thorn for Bush. He is being road blocked. But then his Sec. of State should have seen that coming, she is supposed to be an expert in cold war issues.

I am wondering if they are looking at what was likely their voting choice and wishing to hell they had gone the other direction. The 50-60's era of the cold war seems to be coming on line again, piece by piece. Putin is restoring the Soviet Union, China is likely to tell us to flip off anytime now, the mid-east is a bust. The LGF-ers are talking about nuclear options like they are firecrackers and separatism and theocratic rationalization coupled with commiserate nationalism is becoming fact. The stage is being set by both incompetence and design. I am very glad at this point I do not have children.
