Gas prices affect every American, whether one drives a car or takes the subway. Our dominance is dependent on fuel costs.
The price of a gallon of unleaded might cost $5.00 in less than two years. Five years ago the price was around $2.00. What's wrong with bringing up the price of gas?

Ripley.... I have an aquaintance (not in the same league so I don't call him "a friend") who has an arrangement with a Ferrari dealer in Conn. ( we live on L.I.). He buys and turns them over after only 6000 miles or so and the dealer, in an effort to keep him from buying and then selling them at a profit (most of the cars he aquires are limited run and available only to selected individuals chosen by Ferrari) offers to buy back the cars from him at the price purcased. So he always has the newest model Ferrari and it only costs him gas money and insurance for the time he keeps it.
Not a bad deal. It's good to be king!

It's good to be king!

i would love a deal like that (even though gas and insurance for a ferrari are not really all that cheap). lamborghinis are usually a little faster, but not quite as good looking, i don't think. plus the last few lamborghinis i have seen have been in all these weird colors. they are supposed to be yellow.

Good Eleanor Clift article features these perfect words:
Sheehan has been latched on to by lots of groups, with the notable exception of the Democratic Party. The party as a whole is terrified of doing anything that would leave them vulnerable to accusations they’re not supporting the troops, or they’re weak on national security, so they don’t get into the debate in any memorable way. Their risk-averse tactics bring back memories of the Kerry campaign, which was so frightened of making a wrong step, they couldn’t make a right step.
That bolded part has me worried, though. Ms. Clift may get sued for copyright infringement by the DLC for stealing their slogan.

Better to guaranty a quality of life. Income would be too easily politicized.
Personally, I heard on the radio one day about the idea of a "maximum wage" that was indexed to the minimum and I thought that was a great idea. That way, any time the rich would like to get richer, the minimum wage has to be raised accordingly.

Good luck to him! But I must say he's one of the least talented World Champion that I can recall. I saw a replay of the 95 Belgium Grand Prix recently and it reminded me why I never rated Damon as a good driver. It took him a lap and a half to pass Schumacher in the rain when he had rain tires and Shumacher was on slicks. At Spa.
Schumacher was sliding all over the track (which no doubt the Schumacher haters would interpret as deliberate blocking) but it was in the rain on slicks at freaking Spa-Francorchamps. Hill had multiple opportunities to get by but couldn't until Schumacher finally slid off the track at Les Combes.

As I recall it, Schumacher was clearly holding up Hill, and despite fighting for position, it was clear that Schumacher was creating a dangerous situation for both himself and Hill. Both of them are lucky that Schumacher didn't hydroplane and kill himself or both he and Hill.
I don't begrudge Schumacher his driving ability. It is just that I think he is too much like Nigel Mansell, in that he gets dangerous when he is in the position where he feels that he is entitled to the lead, and is unwilling to give it up, to the point where most sensible race car drivers would move over in the name of safety. That and don't like him or the attitude he puts out.

It's interesting that there seem to be two groups of people. People who detest Republicans, and people who are absolutely proud of being a Republican.
I think it boils down to this:
People who think "I'm a good person, a good American, a good citizen. I do good things and don't do bad things." are Republicans.
People who think "That person needs help, that person needs a voice, that person needs equality, that person deserves Peace." are Democrats.

In this entire century the Democratic Party has never
been invested with power on the basis of a program
which promised to keep things as they were. We have
won when we pledged to meet the new challenges of each
succeeding year. We have triumphed not in spite of
controversy, but because of it; not because we avoided
problems, but because we faced them. We have won, not
because we bent and diluted our principles, but because
we stood fast to the ideals which represent the most
noble and generous portion of the American spirit.

Sure Schumacher was holding up Hill! Hill had a much faster car becuase he had rain tires. However I don't think its the job of the race leader to make it easy for the second place car to pass him.
From what I saw on the replay I can't see how Schumacher's driving was in anyway dangerous, he was making the most of the situation he was in. It did, however, show up Hill's lack of passing ability. (Why do you think Frank Williams fired him right after he won the World Championship?)

Old Man,
I didn't know Williams fired him. I thought that it was a combination of Hill asking for more money and David Richards offering him that amount.
I agree, Schumacher can and does make his car very wide when he needs to, and he is the master of stepping right up to the line on blocking, and not crossing it. I guess after watching Martin Brundle's accident in the '96 Australian Grand Prix, Panis breaking both legs in the '97 Canadian Grand Prix, and Schumacher's accident in the '99 British Grand Prix, I look more at the safety aspect.
Of course, nothing beats watching Juan Manuel Fangio and Tazio Nuvolari in their cars, which were the ultimate in dagerous auto racing.

kitty in peril story:
Lucky Kitty Survives Jolt, Fire, Fall
August 19,2005 | GARDNERVILLE, Nev. -- A stalking foray atop a power pole left a lucky feline jolted, frizzled and dazed but otherwise OK after he fell off the 40-foot pole and sparked a fire outside a fire house.
The frazzled cat was discovered when paramedic-firefighters Andrew Chrzanowski and Jeremy Hall responded to the fire Wednesday morning after the lights went out at the Topaz Ranch Estates fire house.
"When we got the fire knocked down we saw this burned cat close to the base of the pole," Hall said.
They assumed it was dead until Chrzanowski noticed it was breathing. He put it on a blanket and gave it oxygen.
"We both thought that with the amount of burns he had he wasn't going to make it, but then we started to look more closely and we saw it was all superficial," Hall said. "The fire just burned all his hair off."
The firefighters believe the cat was on the pole, because a bird's nest was found on top and there was a large black spot where something had touched a relay switch on the 25,000-volt line.
Animal Control officer Janet Duzan took the cat to Carson Valley Veterinary Hospital, where Veterinarian Steve Talbot said it should make a full recovery.
"The doctor said it looks like he was in a flash fire and got singed from head to toe," Duzan said.
The cat will be put up for adoption if it is not claimed by its owner, she said.
Bingo, bango... I'm all mango!

I thought that it was a combination of Hill asking for more money and David Richards offering him that amount.
Its true that Damon wanted more money and that Dave Richards gave him that money, but Frank Williams didn't think Hill was worth the money he was already paying him. Sir Frank is notorious for valuing the car over the driver, and in Hill's case he was correct IMO.

Of course NASCAR does have a couple of road races in their schedule like last week at Watkins Glen. That's not bad. As far as technology goes, I own a Shelby Cobra with a NASCAR motor (built by Ernie Elliot. Bill's brother. 427 stroker, dry sump, carbureted and 9500 rpm redline). I'll put it up against anything on the road until about 175 mph at which point the aerodynamics kind of fall apart. But I still don't like NASCAR.

BTW, remember this morning's explosion in San Francisco? Turns out terrorists were responsible - corporate terrorists!
An irate Mayor Gavin Newsom demanded Friday that Pacific Gas and Electric Co. inspect hundreds of underground electrical transformers after one exploded beneath Kearny Street in San Francisco's Financial District, badly injuring a woman.
The blast at 9:54 a.m. tossed a sidewalk manhole cover 30 feet, buckled two foot-thick concrete covers of the transformer vault at Kearny and Post streets, shattered windows in the Crocker Galleria shopping center and started a small fire. A 40-year-old woman walking on Kearny suffered burns to her head and neck and was hospitalized in critical condition.
...officials soon focused on the PG&E vault 12 feet beneath the street and concluded that one of the three 24-year-old transformers inside had exploded.
The cause of the blast was unknown late Friday. But Newsom said it was part of a pattern of PG&E shoddiness that has caused problems for the city in the past couple of years, including two fires at one substation that knocked out power to large parts of the city for hours.
"Enough is enough. Excuses be damned, there will be accountability,'' Newsom said after inspecting the area and meeting with PG&E officials. "It's not good enough to say, 'I'm sorry.' They need to take this very seriously.''
The mayor said he wants PG&E to inspect "every vault, and there are hundreds of them," to "make certain our streets are safe."
It didn't help Newsom's mood that an unrelated incident knocked out power Friday to 2,400 customers, including some city offices. "This equipment needs to be secure and safe,'' he said.
Jeff Butler, PG&E's senior vice president for electric transmission and distribution, met with Newsom about the blast.
He said such a large transformer explosion "was something we haven't seen before'' and expressed sympathy for the injured woman as well as inconvenienced businesses in the area.
"We take every outage, every incident very seriously,'' he said. "I fully understand the mayor's concerns."
He added, however, that the utility will hold off on inspecting other vaults until it determines what went wrong with the 1981-vintage transformer at Post and Kearny.
PG&E officials said that such transformers, which change electricity from one voltage to another, have a life expectancy of 40 years and that under state law the utility is required to inspect them annually. Paul Moreno, a spokesman for PG&E, said the transformer beneath Kearny was inspected within the last year, although he didn't know an exact date.
Newsom questioned PG&E's reliability in March after a fire at a substation at Eighth and Mission streets knocked out power to 22,000 customers. He called that a "deja vu" of a fire at the same substation the weekend before Christmas in 2003, which left more than 100,000 customers without power and cost stores millions of dollars in lost holiday shopping revenue.
I esp. like this part:
The staff of the state Public Utilities Commission has recommended that PG&E be fined $10 million for the 2003 fire, which the utility conceded had burned for two hours before someone noticed it. PG&E has already paid $2.3 million in customer compensation...
Susan Leal, head of the city's Public Utilities Commission, echoed Newsom's concerns and said Friday's blast reinforced her desire to "aggressively look at alternatives'' so the city can reduce its ties with PG&E. For instance, she said, her agency is considering ways to bring public power to Treasure Island and the old Hunters Point shipyard.
Watch World Rally Championship (WRC) those guys are nuts. They have a "co-driver" who tells the driver what sort of corners are coming up as they slide sideways down gravel roads at 80 mph a few feet away from large boulders, trees or cliffs.

Just imagine if Senna were still around, how different the conversation would be.
No doubt. Senna and Ratzenberger were the only drivers killed since I've been a hard core F1 fan & I don't know if I'd have had the stomach for it in earlier times when driver deaths were more frequent. I certainly couldn't muster much interest in 1995 as it was.

Is Dolly Parton antiwar?
Performing at Radio City Music Hall, the country singer brought down the house with a pointed version of "Blowin' in the Wind."
- - - - - - - - - - - -
By Rebecca Traister
Aug. 19, 2005 | NEW YORK -- As goes Dolly, so goes the South?
Call me crazy, but at a Meadowlands concert last November, it had crossed my mind that Dolly Parton -- proud fake flower of the South -- might have been flirting with quasi-political statement. In the midst of her half-dozen costume changes, flashing lights, waving American flags and medley of greatest hits, she had paused to talk about her memories of the 1960s before launching into treacly and overproduced versions of Kris Kristofferson's "Me & Bobby McGee" and John Lennon's "Imagine." I can't explain it, but it felt significant at the time -- intentional, pointed. Then again, in those weeks, it felt like weather forecasts and movie listings were telegraphing coded messages of post-election woe.
But on Thursday night at Radio City Music Hall, it seemed that maybe I had been on to something in November. Parton performed in New York on the second stop of her "Vintage" tour to promote the October release of "Those Were the Days," an album of covers from the 1960s and 1970s, including songs by Lennon, Kristofferson, Cat Stevens, Judy Collins and Bob Dylan.
By comparison with last fall, the show was practically Spartan: no costume changes, no medleys, not so many spotlight pyrotechnics. Parton sang full, gorgeous renditions of songs like "Smoky Mountain Memories" and "Coat of Many Colors," as well as the poppier "9 to 5" and "Here You Come Again." Sure, she was clad in a dress of many rhinestones, and there were the requisite boob jokes. But there were also the reminiscences about her good friend Jane Fonda. And her well-worn memories of a poor upbringing in Tennessee, how her "mama always had one [baby] on her and one in her," were accompanied on Thursday by an unfamiliar nostalgia for "the old hippie days" of the 1960s.
About an hour into the show, Parton picked up a guitar that looked like it had lost a fierce battle with a Bedazzler and began to talk in earnest about that old-time activism. "I didn't necessarily agree with all the politics of that time," she said, "but I think a lot of the things they were talking about -- like peace and freedom -- are about as American as apple pie." She then performed the Byrds' "Turn, Turn, Turn."
And she wasn't done. Barely pausing for breath, she moved to Dylan, talking about how important it was that he had sung songs that had mattered to the country. She'd recently been listening to his antiwar classic "Blowin' in the Wind," she said, and had thought, "Well this song is about what's going on right now! I've got to record this."
Parton's live cover of "Blowin' in the Wind" should probably have been cringe-inducing, but it wasn't. Stripped down to Parton's powerful pipes and a guitar, it worked. And she definitely enunciated particular verses, especially the questions "How many ears must one man have before he can hear people cry? And how many deaths will it take till he knows that too many people have died?" Parton, who had perfect silence for the first half of the song, finished it to a massive standing ovation from the New York crowd. And however unlikely the messenger, it was almost impossible to imagine the lyrics being about anything other than a direct message to George W. Bush.
Parton's final protest song was "Imagine," which she prefaced by wishing that John Lennon had lived to see whether we would ever have peace. "I don't know that we ever will have it," she said with a casual laugh, "'cause we seem to like to fight a lot, I guess. But I still think it's something we can hope for and that we should hope for." The cover was much better than it had been in November, and she asked the audience to sing along to the song's final plea that "the world will live as one." I had really cheap seats, but I'm pretty sure she flashed a peace sign.
Parton, 59, will probably never appear on a "Vote for Change" lineup; she cannot afford to go all Dixie Chicks on her red-state fan base. And her performance Thursday didn't necessarily convince me that she would want to. A longtime interpreter of Scottish folk, bluegrass and mountain music, Parton may just have turned her attention to a more recent genre of grass-roots melody. But it's pretty telling timing, and Parton is a very, very smart woman.
Whatever her politics, she was careful to remind her New York audience that she was still a mountain girl at heart. The granddaughter of a Pentecostal preacher, she happily talked about her faith, and made a point of finishing up the show with her post-9/11 song "Hello, God."
But even that upbeat spiritual fit the mood of her show. Here's how it goes:
This old world has gone to pieces
Can we fix it, is there time?
Hate and violence just increases
We're so selfish, cruel and blind
We fight and kill each other
In your name, defending you
Do you love some more than others?
We're so lost and confused
…
Hello God, we beseech you
In the name of all that’s true
Hello God, please forgive us
For we know not what we do.

Here is part of the email from my correspondence with the TX Constitution Party:
Given Tom DeLay's apparent vulnerability due to ethics questions and redistricting, what are the Constitution Party's plans for challenging him in 2006? Has there been an increase in donations to the Constitution Party because of Mr. DeLay's constant presence in the news, as well as his continuing inability to outlaw abortion, gay marriage, and the "right-to-die"?
His response:
We do have plans to run candidates in 2006.
The issues that you speak of below make great issues for us to capitalize on, I would like to discuss them with you. How can I reach you and what part of the Texas are you in?

"I advocated nuking Mecca and Medina in the immediate aftermath of 9/11. To me, that would have been a proportional response--their two most important cities in exchange for ours. And it would have put every Muslim in the world on notice that if you f*ck with America we will make you wish you had never been born. It would have greatly clarified matters.....The life expectancy of a muslim in America after a WMD attack will be right up there with that of a mayfly.
Truer words were never spoken. But the shit will really hit the fan if the PC government tries to prosecute patriotic Americans for "hate crimes" when we do our duty and kill the enemy."

At this point (remembering the bottle of wine), I don't think censoring ourselves is useful. It is time to say what we think, and let the chips fall where they may. Impeaching Bush is a logical step from supporting Cindy Sheehan (since she is asking "No WMD, no democracy, no stability in the Mid-East, then why?")
The reich wing doesn't self-censor. Media savvy means bitch-slapping the media until they say what you want them to say.

Great post, Scout Prime. Atticus would be proud.
The main meme the corporate media seems to be following is to create the notion there there is an "anti-war" movement of a 60's style--wild-eyed radicals bent on destroying the fabric of our country (of course, that, too, was a construct of the media back then).
Anything to keep from the reality that, despite the presence of groups like MoveOn, this is a grassroots reaction--people are responding to their revulsion that has been building for months and months.
These are not folks who want to destroy capitalism or undo the Constitution or whatever insane "culture war" notions that pundits seem to pull out of their posteriors.
They want the insanity to stop.
Everyone has an agenda, and outside the Crawford ranchette and among us, that agenda is to save our country from those that are bringing it to its knees.

By nature (not necessarily by nurture, though that helps), a woman is typically more emotional. Women, by nature, are nurturers. Men and women were made to complement each other...man and woman provides a balance if you will. That's why same-sex couples should NEVER be allowed to adopt--the balance isn't there and the child is cheated.
[snip]
And if the coat-hanger abortion argument is brought up, let me point out that a) legalizing abortion never made it safe and b) if you injure/kill yourself because you tried to kill another human being (unborn baby in this case), it's your fault, it's not the government's. It's not a level playing field. Or even a flat one.
Which reminds me, I saw a Rasmussen poll out today that showed the public evenly divided over Cindy Sheehan.
Funny that, when the reports back from vigils repeatedly told tales of overwhelming support among passers by/pedestrians. Most vigils had zero or one counterprotester, the largest contigent being the DC chapter of freepers which were still vastly outnumbered.
If we have any chance of knowing what the true public sentiment is come election time, we need to mobilize our own polling. I have no idea how it could be set up or if it's even possible, but I've lost all faith in honest polling.

There's probably more support for impeaching Bush in the 'non-kool kids' set than there ever was for Clinton. CNN is fooling less and less people all the time.
There was a poll by one of the mainstream outfits to this effect a month or so ago, or about whenever Rove was fingered as the Plame smearer. I forget the details and I'm not looking it up now, but the poll showed that there was as much support for impeaching Shrub then as there was for removing Clinton at the height of that clown-show.
In other words, we KNOW that even without an organized movement to impeach Shrub, as many Americans consider it as reasonable an idea as they ever did about Clinton. But with Clinton, it wasn't some wacky-fringe group fantasy to the SCLM -- as it with Shrub, for some mysterious reason... hmmm....

MoveOn IS a grassroots organization. That's why they're so hell-bent on smearing it.
That came out wrong. I didn't mean to imply that MoveOn was not grassroots, too.
I was trying to evoke the thought that this moment in Crawford has drawn together many individuals who felt a need to come. They were not brought there as some kind of organized event--a scheduled protest, if you will.
Something clicked in their heads that said, "I want to be there and to help and to take a stand."
From such flashpoints of spontaneous participation, groups like MoveOn are born.

Anybody seen this over at Digby's?:
Stories In America
Rose Aguillar is interviewing people in states that overwhelmingly voted for George W. Bush. It's a fascinating insight in to Real Murika. Here's one from Oklahoma:
Mary Fowler, 54, Housekeeper
Why do you think gas prices are so high?
From what I've read, they say it's because of the Iraq war. I've also read about alternatives to gas and even automobiles that use alternatives, but for some reason, the big oil companies bought up the patents for that, so it's not just the Iraq war and it's not President Bush's fault. He gets blamed for everything, but it's not his fault. It's just greed from other people. I feel like the president is doing everything he can to help.
Like what?
For one thing, he is protecting our country by being in Iraq. We can't pull out too soon because they'll think we're chicken and they'll try to attack us again. We can't pull out until they're able to fend for themselves. Those who are strong are supposed to help those who are weak. We are strong and we're that way for a reason. We've always been peacemakers. As long as we keep the peace, we'll be blessed.
So you believe we're acting as peacemakers in Iraq?
Yes and we're protecting the innocent. Muslims want to rule the world. They want to take over the whole world. That's their evil purpose.
Do you know any Muslims?
I've ministered to them. A few lived in my apartment building and they invited us over for dinner. I went with a Christian guy. They were nice. The food was nice. At the end, we said, 'Can we pray for you?' And they said yes, if we can pray for you. We prayed for the peace of god. Most of them are very harsh. There's no tenderness or love.
Do a lot of Muslims live in this area? Have you met any others besides the ones who invited you over for dinner?
Most of them live in Tulsa.
Why do you think we're in Iraq? People say we're freeing the Iraqis one minute and then change their opinion and say they're horrible people.
Soldiers over there say we don't get half the news. There's so much good going on. The majority of the people appreciate the help. The majority, not the weirdos who are deceived.
Where do you get your information about the war?
The Bible and the 700 Club. I also listen to preachers who know what's going on. Pat Robertson.
What do you like about Bush?
He's a praying man of god. He's a family man and he does care. He gets blamed for everything. If this country would turn back to god, things would get better. You can't go on killing babies and allowing homosexual stuff to stay. We do love the people, but we don't love their actions.
Do you think talking about homosexuality does anything to improve healthcare or poverty?
I guess for me I've always had to trust the lord for the next job, which is usually housecleaning. If you have your eyes on him, he'll take care of you. The government can't help us.
Do you always vote?
Yes, I volunteered for the Republican Party and I enjoyed it very much.
Have you always been Republican?
When I first registered, I was a Democrat. Just from studying in school, I thought that's what I wanted to be because I believed in government for the people, by the people and of the people. But after I was saved, I realized the Republican beliefs are me so I switched and I'm glad I did.
What does it mean to be a Republican?
Republicans pick the people who believe like we do.
You mean believe in the Bible?
Yes and godly principles. If we kick god out, we'll be like other countries that have AIDS, sickness and poverty. God created the earth, he created the rules and he knows what's best for everybody.
Unfortunately, we have AIDS, sickness and poverty in this country.
Yes, because we allow homosexuality.
You blame homosexuality for AIDS, sickness and poverty?
Well, sometimes people are innocent. This nation is in trouble. The ACLU are run by communists and funded by communists. What does that tell you? They want to take god away from us.
The ACLU once helped Pat Robertson's son set up churches. They also helped Jerry Falwell fight church restrictions three years ago. If they wanted to take god way from you, why would they help Pat Robertson's son and Jerry Falwell?
I haven't heard about that. I'm sure there are a few good people in the ACLU.
I've interviewed a lot of people on this trip and while they want freedom of religion, none have said they want to take god away.
When they first started the country, those that didn't believe in Jesus were put in jail. Once a country is dedicated to god and founded on its principles, it has to stay that way.
What issues are most important to you?
Getting the right Supreme Court Justice in you. I want god back in the schools. They kick god out of schools and they wonder why we have drugs and sex in the schools.
And then there's this:
Wayne Yeazal: I was a truck driver until I got hurt. I had a bunch of surgeries and had a $300,000 bill. There's no way I can pay for that. I'm on Medicaid and only make $400 a month from social security.
Do you vote?
Twila Yeazal: No. I don't like the government.
Wayne Yeazal: I don't vote. I don't pay attention.

I found this great summation of our position on this fucking war. But I don't know who the fuck wrote it. (It kicks ass, tho, don't it!)
"We Support the Use of U.S. Military Force, provided certain conditions are respected:
The Chickenhawk Clause: No administration official may be involved in planning or supporting a war effort unless they have served in the military. (This clause applies to members of the public as well).
The Shared Sacrifice Clause: Wars may not be conducted unless a vast majority of the public share in some sort of common sacrifice, most likely in the form of increasing taxes.
The Elite Sacrifice Clause: Wars may not be conducted unless 1) all military age children among the highest ranking civilian and military officials in the country are forced to serve and 2) a certain percentage of combat deaths must come from soldiers with privileged backgrounds.
The Grieving Parent Clause: Mothers and fathers of soldiers killed in action are given absolute moral authority. Therefore wars may be fought only until the mother or father of a soldier killed in action objects to either the policy or the leadership of the administration.
The Presidential Vacation Clause: During the course of any conflict where U.S. soldiers are in harm's way, presidents are not allowed to take vacation but instead must remain at the White House "burning the midnight oil" to demonstrate military personnel are a priority.
The War Profiteering Clause: The Pentagon is allowed to hire private contractors to assist in military logistics and reconstruction projects provided that 1) no member of the administration has ever had any contact with the company and 2) the company is not allowed to make a profit.

While watching Bill Maher I was struck by the question of why Bush invaded Iraq. The reasons given were the usual crap. The obivious reason would seem for the Halliburton-Military Industry
to reap as much of the U.S. Treasury as possible while the foxes guard the hen house. In the first months of the occupation the bridges in Bagdad had to be rebuilt ASAP. In 1991 when the bridges were bombed the local Iraqi contractors had rebuilt all the bridges and quickly. One of these local Iraqi contractors went to the Americans in charge of the Provisional Authority
to bid on a rebuilding job on a bridge they had rebuilt in 1991. They bid $300,000 including
materials because in 1991 the Iraqi government had stockpiled rebuilding materials for the bridges for future needs. The Provisional Authority refused the bid and put out the job for
$55,000,000 to an approved contractor that imported the materials from Germany. This is only one example of the raid on the U.S. Treasury. Impeachment and war profiteering
trials for anyone with their hand in the cookie jar. It would seem the greed has cost us lives and honor and all the rightwing blathering in the world won't solve a thing. It will just keepm us busy until they're driven from the temple.
And they think they're so damn rightous.
