And I'm first. In fact we had a few beers with his campaign manager. We told him we were trying to pick out the undercover agent and had decided it was Patrick. It certainly got the manager's knickers in a twist. heehee. We have one of his flyers on the fridge. If he is the candidate, he will get some turkee.

ahhhhhh, thanks for pointing that out, I for one would hate to undermine our president's immense credibility.

What if the President is undermining his credibility all on his own?
Should we not, as Americans, be willing to point that out for the benefit of our fellow citizens?

No, it is our constitutional duty to CLAP LOUDER to spare our Great Leader the possible humilation of finding out he has no credibility.
I'm surprised at you, Nick. Get with the program!

Morning Batties - how's everybody?
Let's tar and feather Lieberman, what do you say?
The Repugs are sure using him. The Dallas paper had a big article on Lieberman's support for the war.
Goddamn him.

He was at EschaCon and was pretty awesome. Talking about being in Baghdad while his opponent was fapping around jawing about supporting the troops. Good stuff.

Herr Lieberman then made a chincilla-type barking noise that sounded like "Heil Bush", clicked his elevated heels, and walked off, humming the Horst Wessel song.

semper fubar - All the more reason to let them have Lieberman. He's as useful to us as tits on a boar.
Let him go over the Repugs - just don't let him back in when he comes knocking at the door of the Democrats. Change the locks and tell him to fuck himself.

Tena, Stripe's gone 24 hours without throwing up, so I'm hopeful, but he's still not eating much. The others are looking after/annoying him by sitting at the foot of his bed and staring at him until he swats them away.
well, that means he's an automatic winner and deserving of turkee. no wonder atrios is blogging him.

I've been working with the founder of Good Works PAC, Eric Loeb, in another PA congressional district (PA-19) since August.
Eric is a great guy, a real rarity in the political worl - honest, positive and always looking out for those who have been ingnored by the powerful political elitists.
His idea of getting Democratic candidates to work together on volunteer projects is truly creative and effective. While we were unable to get my Demoratic opponent (Phil Avillo) in the 19th to work with us, I happy to see that Patrick and Andrew are not afraid to use this innovative new political concept.
Please check out Eric's web site at Good-WorksPAC.org and volunteer and/or make a donation. We can beat the GOP by showing the voters we are not afraid to work together on "Good-Works" that help and improve our nation.

Herr Lieberman then made a chincilla-type barking noise
And then promptly jumped into a a tub of flour to bathe?
Seriously, I know we all despise Lieberman and the road he's taken, but what risks does this involve with dem votes in the senate? If more and more dems speak out against the traitor (Pelosi and Reid have been pretty vocal) won't that push him even farther right and turnhim into a rubber stamp for the criminals?

A & T ---
(I started that off as 'T&A,' then thought better of it!)
Lieberman can't see past his own nose, or his own political ambitions. And he's so wrapped up in protecting Israel's security that he's lost sight of what's right for America. Sorry to say it that way, but that's the way I see it.
I say, cut him loose asap, before he does any more damage to us. Let the Repukes have him. He and Zell can eat lunch together in a little closet somewhere.

Tarheel, he's doing incredibly more damage to the Democrats as a Dem, when he's dragged out on morning show after morning show to denounce his own party which leads to yet another story about how democrats can't get it together, than he would as just another craven Republican.
The thing that sucks is, his voting record's actually pretty good if you leave off the war. But you can't leave off the war right now. It's the biggest issue out there and it's going to continue to be no matter what any political consultant says.
If any of you Atrios Followers want to keep up on the race, I'm doing my best to blog all the news in the PA-8th and the 6th (at least when I don't have finals). So far it's been interesting, and will only get more so when the Republicans realize just how vunerable both their candidates in those districts are.

His opponent is Andrew Warren, who until recently was a Republican and either switched parties because was unhappy with its direction or because they didn't slot him in as the candidate in another congressional race.
Makes me suspicious.
