Gas here (near Chicago) has dropped about $.75 a gallon. But it's the free market that's behind it, nothing more!

Well, I don't drive, but on the bus passing the gas stations I notice that it's dropped quite a bit. The coming elections have nothing, absolutely nothing to do with, I'm sure.
I'm hoping the Ohio voters see through the crap this time around. They haven't always been this dumb. Used to have Glenn and Metzenbaum as Sens. When I moved here in 1980, other than Rhodes being guv, I didn't think that Ohioans were batshit crazy. Now, I'm beginning to wonder.
Buckeye, the funny part of our farm heritage is, my mom totally had no interest in the farm background. no canning, sewing, soap and candle -making stuff, but we had a plowed veggie garden and chickens. In town, but in NTX with big yards, it's a farmlet.

people aint that fucking stoopid; they know it's being manipulated and they are being played for suckers. dropping gas prices aren't gonna work to the gop's favor. it's only gonna reinforce the link they have between bush and oil and piss them off even more that bush allowed prices to spike so high in the first place.
