There are three brothers who live in the neighborhood, probably between 7-11. Their Mom and Dad basically let them run/bike around and do 'normal' kid things. Some times they're pests whithout regard to personal property, but I like that they're not too controlled.
Well, he is in Tennessee. It is kinda standard there. No, I'm not joking or being insulting. If you've lived in TN you know what I'm talking about.
