AGHDAD (Reuters) - A car bomb killed 10 people and wounded around 30 others when it exploded outside a car dealership in the northern Iraqi town of Tal Afar, Iraqi police said Saturday.
The U.S. military confirmed the death toll, but said initial estimates of the wounded put their numbers at 20.
The U.S. statement added that the car bomb was driven by a suicide bomber, but Iraqi police said the car was parked.

And a couple of minutes later you get the sound, which yesterday you could feel in the deck under your feet.

The Post and other news media can work harder on eliminating even the perception of bias while never giving up the willingness to follow stories that will inevitably tick off some readers.
One more factor will kick in soon. After Obama is inaugurated, he will be the authority the news media challenge. It happens in every administration.
Well, no, it didn't happen during the Bush administration until his approval ratings tanked! Bush got a pass for all his mistakes and war crimes - for years!!! They carried his water!
Shame on the Wapo!

On Trotsky's Scale of Leftiness, I have moved from about a 6 (JFK) to about an 8.5 (Bukharin) during the last eight years.
