You announce your intention, then you begin multiple follow-up engagements. That was the low-hanging fruit and the easiest thing to get people to join instantly. Next up is face-to-face stuff with Senators wrt to Iraq during recess, then a follow-up in DC in September, then civil disobedience.
I fully expect them to NOT accede to any of our demands. That's mostly because nobody has held them accountable up until now. Takes time and energy.

I try to catch an hour or two of active dreaming in the afternoon whenever I can. Very refreshing and sometimes enlightening.
