Yeah, I noticed this development also. I've been entertaining my husband with the obvious jokes about there being a pair of them, Rockville Pike as cleavage, etc.

I'm hoping the plan is to close the older one in favor of this new one, which is probably a better location.

No fair - we don't have any Hooters over on Georgia Avenue and you get two on Rockville Pike. I'm sure I can get ol' Ike Leggett to force Hooters to open another one for my comfort - and jack up your taxes for having two. :-)
