Nah, he will be more pissed that they HAVE to retry Bain - it's not an issue of guilt or innocence. If they don't retry him, Bain will forever be a touchpoint of public lack of faith in the criminal justice system. The Crown don't expect to win, but they have to go through the motions of a trial to vindicate the system as a whole. Bain's guilt or innocence is a secondary consideration to that. (For my part, I don't know as I haven't seen all the evidence. He obviously didn't get a fair trial. But he has done 13 years and he will never be able to build a life for himself - let the man go).

However, he still deserves a fair trial.
