Dude. You've heard of Ctrl-Z right? That's Apple-Z on Mac. Or Edit->Undo. Another hint: compose in a program like notepad, or wordpad or something and then copy paste to your browser. Web browsers are horrible places to write at lenght about anything. You lose shit that way. That's a nice picture.
