You dont have to emphasize achievements of coloured people, by doin that, you differ between ethnies yourself... Were all beautiful human beings and those racists you address punish themselves enough with their opinion. I know its hard sometimes to overcome differences in race and culture. Just try to turn the negativity you receive by this people into some positiv vibrations to spread into the world. Just want to say I feel with you on this matter.
