I know also of a story about a chabad teacher/principal in a (Gulp!) State school in NYC. He turned the whole school around simply by knowing his stuff AND taking to heart Pikei Avot's ideas of what a teacher/mentor is supposed to be. May all educators, in every capacity, in all our communities merit such aknowledgements of jobs done well!
