Not that I necessarily disagree with you in your call for USSC justice impeachment, but I think the first order of business should be to impeach any federal judge who voted to deny Padilla habeus corpus. That one is pretty cut and dried, and is very important.

Clarence Thomas' wife was part of the Bush transition team, and I believe Scalia is the one whose son was also part of the Bush legal team. I'd have to check a book that's upstairs to recall the particulars, and I'm too lazy.
