Steph-I implemented Websense at my last job (GAH-Don't hate me, I quit, after all.) Anyhow, most everything you do will be seen on the web by the admins...unless you go through Google. Then, they will just see the starting point URL (google) and not the actual page that you visited. This, of course, does not cut down on the amount of time they see that you spent online, they should just not be able to see exactly where you are going. I can't guarentee that they haven't tweeked it to show the clicked links (don't open in a new window), but 90% of the way Websense works falls in line with what I just described. I would still steer away from the blowjob video while on the clock, though...just in case.
