Speaking of dispensations: Look, I'm as active a communicant in the CoHA as the next guy, but I can't get UPN in my area (no cable, it's a cheapness thing, plus I'd spend all my time, rather than just most, watching TV).

So what do I do about the Veronica Mars requirement? Is there a big-four network equivalent replacement sacrament?

(If given the choice, I would lobby for Boston Legal as it is snarky, culturally relevant, and over-the-top -plus it's got The Shat - perfect blogging entertainment.

Kal, there is no more UPN. It is now the CW, and if you got WB, you should get the CW. It's going to have shows from both networks on it.

You could just go buy season 1 on DVD and watch that instead.

Boston Legal is good entertainment, but it's no VM.
