Gravatar I have zero faith in delivery services anymore. In the past month, both UPS and FedEx has managed to screw up royally. I don't even want to find out what DHL will do to me.

You should write a scathing letter to a higher-up in the company. I have a friend who does that and she gets free ish and services all the time.

It wouldn't at all make up for what you lost, but at least it might hold somebody accountable, or you'll get something out of it. And it's also a good way to vent.

Gravatar It is generally my job to verbally bitchslap erring people of all kinds for my friend Hol's company. You really should wrrite a letter or call a higher up on this one. Even if you don't get a freebie or discount, sometimes you can make someone cry. That usually makes me feel a bit better.


Gravatar I've had problems with all the overnight companies... DHL is probably the worst when it comes to follow-up. UPS is probably the best. Fed-Ex lands somewhere in the middle. I try to keep in perspective the vast number of packages they handle every day... but it's hard when it's YOUR package that's been screwed.

A, no. Suing is for small-dicked lawyers who think that threatening and blustering is the best way to get what you want. I hate that type of lawyer.

Gravatar When I moved to Hawaii the post office lost a ton of my stuff. I received a box that contained half of my things and half full of Christmas presents addressed to some Japanese kid. I feel kinda bad considering he received my underwear in his Christmas box and various dildo attachments.
