You're the type of person that would completely shock me if you did anything but succeed.
Nothing worthwhile ever comes easy. I know I don't have to tell you that, but it sounds kinda pithy.
And if you ever offer more than just three squares and free booze, we'll talk.

Everyone has feelings of doubt, but you're a leader and you have the ability to keep your business going.
Once the company is established enough for you to feel comfortable about it (will that ever happen?) I'm hoping you'll take more time for yourself and for Amy. It does no one any good if you die early from all the stress.
I think our old boss went through the same thing... the only difference is that he had YOU to do a lot of the heavy lifting... if only you could find a little mini-me to be the YOU that you were for HIM... you know what I know if you know what I mean? All the same, noone's worried about your success for a second... it's just a given. But we are worried about your stress levels!

It's always hard when other people are relying on you for their livelihood. Every set-back seems ten times more crushing. Of course, every success is just that much more sweet...
From what I know of you, Avi - you are a person that WILL succeed no matter what the outlook seems.

Thanks for the comments, everyone. It's not even that I'm worried about the success of the company, because I know that it's going to work - it's just the level of stress in making it work is extremely high and sometimes needs a bit of release. It definitely helps to hear that I'm not delusional and others think I'll do well, too.
I'm aware that it will work out. I don't fail when I've set out to accomplish something.

He is one of them wonderboys of the web. His blog hides quite some interesting information if you digg back to times before his AOL/Netscape adventure. He also crossposts regularly to stuff he has written at other places.
I regularly have a look at his stuff in bad times.
Otherwise, just kick me. I will make time to set that thing up. Am busy, but if you ping me (European evening time) I can make time.

OK, I really don't have anything that hasn't been said. You're (from what I see here) a smart guy with a good head on his shoulders...but am I stupid? What, exactly, is it that you do? Feel free to e-mail or ignore if need be.....but I'm interested!
