haha, i had no idea anyone else used egg in their ramen soup... my brother and i have been doing that for years and everyone thinks it's bizarre... although i must agree on a key tenet of your recipe: mushy noodles suck, so i tend to cook mine for just under 3 minutes, preserving a nice al dente quality.
