You obviously are not very familiar with the complex world of demonology.

The destructive angels are born in the summer time, when women's flesh is most exposed. But they are barely infant angels then, not yet able to manipulate their full demonic powers. Come winter, they grow into fully mature destructive angels who are able to wreak havoc by creating traffic accidents and other public hazards. That is the reason there are more accidents in winter than in summer!

I checked out some articles on that Jewish Sexuality site. Those guys are truly insane in every sense of the word. I honestly don't know if it's satire or not, It wouldn't surprise me if it was satire.
