I was about six when Zody's went bust, and I am not nearly old enough to have a teenage child. You were probably in Jr High. Thompson?

You are asking me if I was in Jr High when Zody's went bust not if I had mys son in Jr High right? You're probably right. I don't remember exactly when it closed. And yes. I was Tyrolean.
I'm not nealy old enough to have teenage son either.

Whoops. I thought Paul was a teenager. Zody's went bust in the early 1980's if I remember correctly.

Sorry S.R. Paul is indeed a teenager. I was joking. I guess next time I should make it funny.

SR: Bake Town is pushing 40. Did she mention that her 20 year high school reunion is next Saturday?
She's old.

The Zody's place was a bookstore rather briefly, I think in the very late '80s.

Not so much a regular bookstore as a fairly persistant seasonal no-name mega discount bookstore. It wasn't always open, but when it did come back to town, it came back there fairly consistently up until the mid 90s or so.
