Loved the episode. It was good to see a flashback again...who is the creepy dude that sent Naomi (I Moan backwards!) on the "mission".
Are those original Dharma folks?
I think those were Flash forwards for the rescue party. But I'm not sure. The one with Naomi was deff a flash back though.
That creepy dude is also the guy that came and saw Hurley in a flash forward last week.
I think the rescue party are all Darma peeps. Why else would they be after Ben? Because they know that he killed all of the original Darma peeps last season.
Notice how all of the rescue party all had "special powers" just like Walt?
Those were definitely all flashBACKS. Naomi, the pilot, and beardface were all clearly before.
Shane - I was going to name Elle Naomi before that unfortunate movie came out and made me forget how beautiful the name is. =)

I don't know how you can clearly define that they were all flashbacks. David was crying because he knows what happens on the island. Charlotte recognizes the hydra station logo from the polar bear in the desert because she has been there (although we don’t know that yet). The pilot saw the wreckage on TV. We don't know when the wreck age was staged there. And we already know the REAL wreckage is still scattered across the island. We know it was staged underwater, I think by DARMA.
Until we get some answers about DARMA and Hanso we’re dealing with speculation and conjecture.
Sponge-what move? Wait until you get to season 2 and 3.
