I 'spect it may suprise some, due to my wife's profession, but I am in complete agreement. Some of it is pure malice... some of it is simple incompetence.

I nearly cut my finger off not long ago (seemed like the thing to do at the time) and the super glue just wouldn't close it... By the time we got the bill... they had tacked on so much shit... literally they doubled the bill with crap they never did.. and would've been sued for if they had done.

No no.. we don't order cancer drugs for cut fingers... seriously... no.

Anyway... did you ever try to take Johnny to a Shriners hospital? Some damned good hospitals... and they treat kids for free.
