UNBELIEVABLE! I am contacting my legislators on this one.

I once met a coyote on the trail deep in the wilderness. We came upon one another quite by surprise that drew us both to a stop fifty feet apart wherein I slowly stooped and silently regarded the obviously famished animal.

We regarded each other for what seemed like ages until a shift of my foot to relieve a cramp caused our mutually curious meeting to come to a sudden end . . . with my new friend scampering off into the brush.

To think that my government is using these methods of lethal control, sickens me. That coyote on that sunny afternoon had dignity. It had feelings (as was obvious from the way it regarded me with curiosity).
