I am definitely going to one of those conferences in 2006. Seems every year, those conferences fall at a bad time for me, but I need to make it a priority. Im not even going to the fall conference here. Bummer.

I am really, really hoping I'll prove to myself and to my husband that the conference will be a good investment next year. I so want to be there this year, but I haven't been at this long enough to prove (even to myself) that it's a good way to spend my money. SO, instead, I'm taking Anastasia's class this month and working even harder.

I won't be going for quite a while...I used up most of my conference money by going to Chautauqua last year--a more in-depth way to spend many evenings with great authors and editors.

I'll be seeing you in Austin, though. Just signed up for it. I'll be in the back snickering with my online pals and acting goofy.
