this is bs!! i just learned of this a few moments ago and i am outraged!! how about we enforceee the animal abuse laws and dog fighting laws that already in place and then maybe the dogs will not act so dangerously. animals are products of thier environments, just as people are, so why penalize the animal (who people say have no logic or intelligence - i disagree) meanwhile it is the owner who is the one abusing the dog and forcing the dog to fight.... what type of world do we live in?
