I certainly can believe he made those remarks and meant them too. After what I heard him say at the infamous 1st Annual White House Conference for Faith-Based and Community Iniatives...he does seem to think he is some chosen wonder who is here to save the world from evil. The only wonder I felt that day was "what country am I living in anyway?" It was like a revivalist nightmare for me, but I was glad I was there to see and hear it for myself. Also I got some souvenir stationery out of it.
